Auction Terms

1. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. Pennyworth LLC makes every effort to ensure that items are accurately described, but bidders should be aware that this may not always be the case.

2. The buyer agrees to a 15% buyer's premium for all items won. This premium will be added to the final winning bid to determine the final selling price. For example, if an item is won at a bid of $100, the final price will be $115.

3. All purchases are subject to an 8.25% Texas sales tax unless the buyer provides a valid exemption certificate at the time of payment. 

4. Payment must be made in full and items must be collected within five (5) days of the auction ending. Collection times are strictly between 4 PM and 8 PM at Pennyworth Liquidations, 1220 Satterwhite Rd, Suite 606 Satterwhite Business Park, Buda, TX, 78610.

5. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Zelle, or Venmo. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

6. If the buyer fails to comply with these terms, the lot(s) won may be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of by Pennyworth Liquidations, and the buyer may be barred from future auctions.

7. Shipping services are not available; all won items must be picked up in person.

8. By bidding, the buyer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms announced at the time of the auction.

9. Pennyworth LLC reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please be aware of this when bidding and check regularly for any changes.

Item Conditions for PennyworthAuctions.com:

1. New: 

- The item is brand new and has never been used.

- It is in its original packaging which remains unopened and sealed.

- All original accessories, manuals, and other related materials are included and unopened.

2. Like New:

- The item appears and functions as if it's brand new.

- It may have been taken out of its original packaging but has been carefully repackaged.

- It may include all original accessories, manuals, and other related materials, and might have been tested for functionality.

3. Open Box:

- The item may range from essentially new and unused to showing signs of minor use but remains in overall great condition.

- It functions as intended, though there might be minor cosmetic imperfections.

- The original packaging might have been opened, be missing, or show signs of wear.

- The item has been tested for functionality and includes all essential accessories and parts. Non-essential accessories may or may not be included.

- Original manuals and related materials might be included or missing, depending on prior usage.

4. Fair:

- The item shows clear signs of wear from consistent use.

- It remains functional but may have some cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or marks.

- It may or may not come with its original packaging and might lack some accessories that do not hinder its basic function.

6. Salvage:

- The item might be non-functional or partially functional.

- Suitable for parts or restoration purposes.

- Cosmetic condition varies and the item is sold as-is, with potential missing parts or accessories.
